OmniPay log in and authentication

Omnipay is a banking platform portal used in conjunction with the Guestpay Payment Gateway. It allows users to see and reconcile payments coming into your bank, as well as view any commissions/fees which would not be visible within MyST.

The people within your organisation who will have access to Omnipay are nominated during the Guestpay go-live process.

⚠️Important: To enhance security, Fiserv—the company that manages the RAM tool—is introducing a new time-based one-time password (TOTP) for authentication, which will be mandatory for all users starting 25 March 2025.

Setting up Authentication & Logging in for the first time

To enhance security, a new Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) method of authentications is being introduced by Fiserv – the company who manage the RAM tool – and will be mandatory from 25th March 2025 for all users.

You can learn more about specific actions using these guides:

Logging in

To log into OmniPay via the RAM Tool, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your Username and Password.

📌Note: If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password. The password must include the following characters: 1 numeric, 1 alphabetic, and must be at least 8 characters long.

  2. Select Authentication Type.

  3. Select Login.

  4. Depending on your log in set up, please enter:

    • PIN, and click Verify PIN.

    • 6-digit one time passcode to complete authentication log in.

⚠️Important: We strongly discourage shared users and recommend every user has their own personal log in and authentication device.

Managing authentication devices

A new tab, Manage MFA Devices, has been added to the Edit Profile pop-up. This tab is used to manage authentication devices – e.g. register a new device or remove an existing device.
