As Trust Payments continues to innovate for the future, the new Portal platform brings advanced capabilities – giving you greater control over your guests’ payments, streamlined reconciliation, and continues to integrate seamlessly with Guestline GuestPay.
What’s changing?
We’re introducing the Trust Payments Portal, a new web application designed to make managing your Trust Payments account easier and more intuitive. All the core features you rely on—such as transaction search and details, reports and statements, funding information, and site settings—remain available, with full support for GuestStay functionality.
Payment Gateway updates
The Trust Payments Portal continues to integrate seamlessly with the Guestline Rezlynx PMS. Within Guestline, you’ll notice a small number of updates to the Payment Gateway to support the new Portal experience:
User management and password resets
Portal administrators will now manage user access directly within the new Portal, including activating users and handling user management. Further guidance and instructions will be shared by Trust Payments – including:
Reconciliation
Reconciliation and chargeback review processes are moving from OmniPay into the Trust Payments Portal, bringing everything together in one centralised, easy‑to‑use platform.
When will the change happen?
Over 6,000 Trust Payments customers have already successfully migrated to the new Portal. The Portal for Guestline customers will be introduced to the new Portal in phases, based on how you use Trust Payments:
UK & Ireland GuestPay sites transition begins January 2026.
DACH GuestPay sites will follow later in 2026.
What's new in the Portal?
Trust Payments Portal is a new web application designed to help you better manage your GuestPay account. The Portal will eventually replace MyST and Omnipay, providing you with enhanced service.

Streamlined Navigation – A modern, intuitive interface makes it easier to find what you need and complete daily tasks quickly, with a cleaner design built specifically for hospitality operations.
More Responsive and Interactive Transaction Search – Rearrange, freeze, or hide columns in your search results without reloading the page. Review transactions by MID or Site Reference with enhanced filtering that gives you instant control over your data view.
Background Report Generation – Download large reports in the background while you continue working in Portal, eliminating waiting time.
Multi-Admin User Management – Your users can now be managed by multiple administrators, giving your team greater flexibility and ensuring continuous access management even when key staff are unavailable.
Access Groups for Streamlined Permissions – Site administrators can create and manage Access Groups to quickly assign or revoke access to multiple site references for multiple users in fewer steps, dramatically simplifying team management.
Comprehensive data – View reports and account balances for your acquiring accounts, check the status of settlement funds sent to your bank account, and access all financial data in one centralised location.
