This overview walks you through the key reports available β Operations, Transactions and Financial Reconciliation Reports (FRR) β and explains what each one shows and how to export the data you need.
Navigate to Access Pay Hub Reports
To access the Pay Hub reports, follow the steps below:
Within Access Evo, select Products.
Select Access Pay Hub.
Within the Access Pay Hub, select Reports as shown below:

Summary payment view
The default view shows the Summary payout view for all Balance Accounts for the last seven days.
Note that the date of the report is the transfer date. The default settlement is two business days after the date of the transaction, so you will receive a combined payout of transactions processed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The sales trading day runs from 02:00 - 02:00.
Gross Payments should match the total processed via Guest Pay for the applicable sales trading day or days.
Funding Total should match the payout received in your bank account.
Summary payout report
To change the view and export the report, follow the steps below:
Select from the Payment Reconciliation drop-downs:
Report Type: Summary payout view by default.
Balance Accounts: Defaults to all.
Date range: Defaults to last seven days.
Click on Export CSV/XLSX.
For transaction reconciliation, check the individual transactions included in your payout. The default view shows the Summary payout view for all Balance Accounts for the last seven days.
Detailed payout report
To export the Detailed payout report, follow the steps below:
Select from the Payment Reconciliation drop-downs:
Report Type: Detailed payout view.
Balance Accounts: Defaults to all.
Stores: Defaults to all.
Date range: Defaults to last seven days.
Click on Export CSV/XLSX.
The Detailed payout report shows the Transaction Date and the Value Date or payout date. For each transaction you can see the Gross Payment, Interchange Fee, Scheme Fee, Acquiring Fee - the total of your fixed fee and variable percentage - Total Fees, and the Net Payment included in the payout.
If you are reconciling individual transactions with another data source, use the Gross Payment or Net Payment amount as applicable.
The Total of Gross Payments should match the total processed via Guest Pay for the applicable sales trading day or days.
