Access Pay Hub
Access Pay Hub is a payment management tool that lets you:
View and manage transactions
Process refunds
Handle disputes and chargebacks
Download financial reports
Manage terminals and configuration
Navigate to Access Pay Hub
To access the Access Pay Hub, follow the steps below:
In Access Evo, click Access Button.

Click Products.
Select Access Pay Hub.
Access Pay Hub features
The Access Pay Hub allows you to view and manage all payment activity.
The side navigation bar allows you to explore specific Access Pay Hub areas, as shown below:
Payments
Use the Payments section to:
View transactions – see all payments, including key details like amount, status, and card type.
Check transaction details – review payment information, history, and processing data.
Track operations – view individual events within a payment.
Export data – download filtered transaction or operation reports.
Process refunds – issue full or partial refunds directly from a transaction.

Disputes
Go to Disputes to access:
Chargebacks.
Fraud alerts.
