Why has my password expired?
PCI regulations state that a password must be updated once every 90 days, and so after this time, we force a password change for MYST and Omnipay.
Why won't the system access my password?
When resetting a password, please ensure the password contains each of the following characters:
Length 8-50 characters.
Contain at least one character from each of the following groups:
UPPERCASE letters: A-Z.
lowercase letters: a-z.
numbers: 0-9.
at least one of the following symbols: ~!#$%^&*(_{[}]<,>?
Must NOT contain part of your username.
Must NOT contain your first or last name.
Must NOT be the same as any of your last 5 passwords.
I have forgotten my MYST administrator password. What do I do?
If you have two factor authentication enabled on your username (and your account is not currently locked), simply click the “forgotten password” button within MyST to receive a recovery email.
If you cannot do this, then please contact support and request assistance, ensuring you provide them with the following information:
Your name.
Email Address/User Name that needs resetting.
Trust Payments site reference.
Email Address to send the password reset to.
I have forgotten my Omnipay/RAM TOOL Password/ Account password. What do I do?
Contact support and request assistance, ensuring you provide them with the following information:
Your name.
Email Address/User Name that needs resetting.
Email Address to send the password reset to.
Why is my account locked?
There could be several reasons; the account could be temporarily locked due to invalid login attempts, or your account could be locked due to inactivity. In the case of a locked account, contact support.
Can I provide my staff with individual usernames?
Yes, the Site Admin can create other users and provide them with their own access levels. We strongly advise that you use individual logins, as you may require this for PCI accreditation, and this will also log which username has performed an action.
