You may need to provide your Terminal ID (TID) and Serial Number (S/N) to help identify your specific terminal.
To find the Terminal ID (TID) and Serial Number (S/N) on your PED, follow the steps below:
From the main screen of the PED, tap the Quick Menu.
Nine-dot menu in the bottom right of the screen.
Tap the Version button.
The version information is shown - including the TID and S/N number.
📌Note: The TID can also be found at the top of a receipt from that specific PED.
