This article will help you to raise a ticket to add an additional terminal to your system.

If you have received a new terminal, either an additional or a replacement, or you simply have a terminal which is not displaying on the list of terminals, then please follow the steps below to raise a ticket with our Support team.

To request a terminal to be added to your system for selection within Rezlynx, follow the steps below:

  1. Download this document.

    πŸ“ŒNote: This document must be downloaded using the link above. Once downloaded it will open in an editable xcel format.

  2. Complete the document.

    πŸ“ŒNote: This document provides an example to help guide you with the completion of this document. Please take care when adding in the PED Terminal ID (TID) and Serial Number (S/N).

  3. Raise a new case with Support via the portal, and attach the completed document.
