You can cancel a POS transaction, in a few easy steps.

PED cancel last transaction

⚠️Important: The steps below can only be performed immediately after the original sale. If any subsequent transaction or report has been processed or a reboot has occurred, the reversal process will decline.

To cancel a POS transaction, follow the steps below:

  1. Press the 9-dot Quick Menu and select RevLstTn.

  2. When prompted enter the Manager Password.

  3. Tap the Tick.

  4. Enter the Receipt number.

  5. Tap the Tick.

  6. Enter Amount.

  7. Tap the Tick.

  8. The Merchant receipt prints, press OK, then the Cardholder receipt is printed.
