You can change the Manager Password on the PED, in a few easy steps.

PED change the manager's password

You need the current 6-digit Manager Password to complete the reset steps below.
If you have forgotten the Manager Password, contact support for further assistance.

To reset the Manager Password, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Menu icon onscreen, scroll down and select User Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Manager Password.

  3. Select Change Password.

  4. Enter the Current Manager Password, and tap the Tick.

  5. Enter the New Manager Password, and tap the Tick.

    πŸ€“Tip: the Manager Password should be 6 digits and stored securely once reset.

  6. Re-enter the New Manager Password, and tap the Tick.
