Log in to Access Evo

To log in to Access Evo using the Friendly URL, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Access Evo:

    • Click the friendly URL provided by your Guestline onboarding team.

  2. Enter your Access Identity email address or select Sign in with a username.

  3. Once you have entered the required details, click Next to complete the login process.

Once you are signed in to Access Evo, use the steps below to launch Access Pay Hub.

Navigate to Access Pay Hub within Evo

To access the Access Pay Hub, follow the steps below:

  1. In Access Evo, click Access Button.

  2. Click Products.

  3. Select Access Pay Hub, as shown below:


Two-factor authentication

To enable two-factor authentication, follow the article on two-factor authentication.

To disable Two-factor authentication:

  1. Within Access Evo, click your name in the top right corner.

  2. Select My account.

  3. Select Two-factor authentication.

  4. Click Disable two-factor authentication.

📌Note: This only disables for your user.


User management

The Access Evo Administrator user can manage all users on the Evo platform by navigating to:

  1. Within Access Evo, select Products.

  2. Select Access Evo.

  3. Once the new tab has loaded, select the View and manage Members icon in the top right - as shown below:

  4. Locate the user.

  5. Click the 3-dots, to show the edit user options as shown below:

Create a new user

  1. Within View and Management members, select Add in the top right of the tab.

  2. Select Add members individually.

  3. Enter the member's information, including:

    • First and Last name

    • Email address

    • Organisation role

  4. Click Add, and the user will appear in the members list.

  5. Click the 3-dots icon next to the new user, then select Manage Roles.

  6. Assign the user access as required.

  7. Select Save Changes.
