PED's can be unpaired to standalone mode, or paired to change it from a standalone mode to Tru-Link integrated mode.
Check PED Status
The PED is unpaired when this icon is shown on the main screen:
Pair the PED
To pair the device, follow the steps below:
On the PED main screen, select the nine-dot Quick Menu in the bottom right.
Select Admin and enter the Manager Password.
📌Note: Please contact a manager on-site if you are unsure of this 6 digit code.
Select Pair POS.
Once successfully paired, your terminal will register to the service. If this is the first time the device has been paired within your system then this will be paired fully within one hour.
Once successfully paired, you should see the onscreen icon no longer crossed through as shown below:
